Sales Launch at Canarias- Curbed Miami

Canarias, a new luxury development of single-family homes in The Residences at Downtown Doral, has launched sales.

The Codina-Carr (CC) Homes development will include 343 single-family estate homes and 52 townhomes “in a mosaic of six residential collections.” The largest of the former is the Bali Collection (up to 4,780 square feet), ranging from $1.1-$1.4 million, while the smaller Fiji Collection ($800,000s) and Tahiti townhome collection (starting in the $590,000s) are more affordable.
